Traverse City: May 7, 2008. Interested now in sponsoring a youth, ages 15-18, on a flight? Then take a look at the Midland Emmaus website and sign up now. Jim Birch will be the LD at the Boys' Flight on July 31 -August 3, 2008 at First United Methodist Church of Midland, and Della Keyworth will lead the Girls' Flight at the same location on July 17-20, 2008. Traverse City: May 6, 2008. The board received a new member to its fold, Tina Dane, to help the planning of Candlelight for each walk. The LD's for the upcoming Walks informed the board that everything was on track, even though a few volunteers had resigned from their positions in the walk. The outside team is slowly but surely coming together. If you would like to volunteer, fill out the YES! Form (click here) and express your preference. The board members agreed on dates for the 2009 Emmaus Walks, and are planning a Chrysalis Flight for the end of 2009. The plans for the Chrysalis Flight are still in the works, so keep you eyes open for dates in the near future. LD's for the 2009 walks will be announced at the next meeting of the Board.

Traverse City: February 5, 2008. What a good time the board had, receiving new members to the board and planning stretegy for the upcoming year.
